I went gym today again after camp.
I reached George St at around 6.45pm and did some running for 15 mins.
Then I rested and cooled down while waiting for Kenrus to arrive. He reached at about 7.20pm.
We were just in time for Body Pump which starts at 7.40pm.
It was my first lesson at Body Pump. I was quite afraid and shy at first. Hah. One thing I love about Kenrus is how he is always able to make me go beyond myself and my mindset. Kenrus is more than a friend to me, he is a brother! Hah. I really thank God for Kenrus =D
If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be in City Harvest today.
If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't know so many great friends in N161.
If it wasn't for him, my mind wouldn't be renewed and changed to what it is today.
If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be back gymming in Fitness First effectively.
But if it wasn't for God, I wouldn't have met Kenrus when I was back in JC 1.
It is really amazing to see how God places friends around you to shape and mould you. Even when you don't think that the friendship might blossom, with God all things are possible! Certainly, God's ways and thinking are so so so much higher and greater than ours!
Anyways, Body Pump was certainly a good workout for me. Hah. Sheesh. I was quite embarrassed in the class as I saw girls who lifted heavier weights than me! Hah. Oh wells. Training takes time, so I won't rush =D Now, my whole body feels sore ;(
Yawns. I need to sleep liao. Nowadays must wake up at 5am, not 5.30am anymore, as I have to reach camp by 7.30am, not 8am ;(

Sweet dreams! I pray that the nightmare that I had last night won't come back again.
I think I got traumatised by the nightmare. Oh wells.
