Jeremiah 17:7-8
Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
And whose hope is the LORD.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

It has been quite a fun day for me.
The day started off with PDS/Pride Day at Singapore Discovery Centre. It actually wasn't very entertaining at all. However, being with all my camp friends made the time pass much easier =D The event ended at around 12 noon and we left.
Initally I wanted to spend the rest of my day at gym till Ho Yin told me that he had free Eng Wah movie vouchers! Hah. Of cause I decided to go watch movies with him since its free =p We first made our way down to Vivo City since Ho Yin wanted to buy his CNY clothes and I needed to get my sister's birthday present. It has been quite a while since I went Vivo City and new shops such as River Island had just opened recently. We spent nearly 2 hours plus walking there from shop to shop. Eventually, I decided to get my sister this jazz CD by Anna Luna and I got myself an accessory - a "bling-bling" cross to wear for CNY =D
We left Vivo City at around 3plus and took a bus down to Suntec City. We managed to catch Babel at 3.40pm. I quite like the show as it is not like any other fantasy movie show but it deals with real human issues of rejection, lack of love, frustration etc. Hah. Its one of the best show that I have watched so far. After the movie, we walked around Suntec City for quite a while to look for my head/ear phones cuz my current one is not working properly. However, we gave up in the end as we couldn't really find what I want ;(
I was initially supposed to meet Danette, Melissa, Kenrus, Patrick etc. However, somehow in the end everyone couldn't make it and my stomach wasn't feeling very well either, so the dinner was cancelled. So I made my way down to Millenia Walk to visit Aunt Caroline at around 7pm. We chatted happily as usual. Hah. Somehow I stayed quite long this time round. Perhaps time seemed to pass much faster today.
Aunt Caroline introduced me to Uncle Daniel who is a tailor at a ooposite shop called Rossi. Their shirts are quite cool. Most probably next time I will drop by there to have my shirts custom made. Heh. The price ranges from 105 to 150 bucks. So I stayed with Aunt Caroline till it was time to close the shop at 9pm. We made our way down to Suntec City to grab a bite and I accompanied her to do some grocery shopping at Carrefour. It was already 10 plus by the time we left Carrefour and there was quite a long queue waiting for taxi. Aunt Caroline had to take 20mins before she managed to call and reach a cab. It was certainly the peak hour for the taxi drivers. Anyways she dropped me off at Bugis Mrt and I took the train home.
Yawns. It was already 11plus by the time I reach home.
I guess its time to sleep. Tmr still must wake up at 5am. Sighs. Got the stupid run ;(
