Finally, its friday! =D
I screwed up a bit at work today. I was supposed to inform someone of a meeting but it slipped my mind as I was busy doing work. Sighs. I got my Mdm into slight trouble because of me. Sheesh. But I think everything is settled already. Heh.
I went to cut hair at Bugis after camp. I reached Fame Salon at 6.05pm. My hairstylist, Niki, recommended to straighten my hair as my hair is naturally curly and is hard to manage. I decided to give it a shot.
Firstly, she put some cream paste on my hair and heated my hair for around 20 mins. After washing the paste off my hair, she ironed my hair and applied another paste on my hair, leaving it on for 10 mins to neutralise the previous paste. Then, I had to wash it again. Finally, Niki did my haircut. Heh. I finally have straight hair which is easy to manage and quite nice =D Be sure to catch me in my new hairstyle!!
I left the salon at 7.40pm and spent 65 bucks on my hair. Heh. 30 bucks for haircut and 35 bucks for straightening. I guess its worth it =D
I was supposed to reach Expo by 7.30pm but as I left the salon quite late I only managed to reach Expo at 8.20pm. On my way to Expo, I met Eldwen at Tanah Merah mrt station. Its been quite a long time since I met him and we started chatting with each other =D We also sat with each other during the service. Dr Ulf Ekman was preaching today. He is really cool and fantastic. Heh. I really learnt a lot today regarding blessings of God! After service ended at 10.30pm, I managed to find my cell group and caught up with some of my members. Nicole just came back of Thailand and she got me a lamp! Heh. It looks cute and small and has pictures of stars!
Thanks NICOLE! Heh. i REALLY appreciate it =DI went home after service and it was already 11pm plus. I took a shower and had my dinner- cup noodles. *tired*
Oh ya! Guess what I saw while reading Straits Times today?! HAh.
