Jeremiah 17:7-8
Blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD,
And whose hope is the LORD.
For he shall be like a tree planted by the waters,
Which spreads out its roots by the river,
And will not fear when heat comes;
But its leaf will be green,
And will not be anxious in the year of drought,
Nor will cease from yielding fruit.

I may never climb a mountain
So I can see the world from there
I may never ride the waves
And taste the salty ocean air
Or build a bridge
That will last a hundred years
But no matter where the road leads
One thing is always clear
CHORUS:
I am blessed, I am blessed
From when I rise up in the morning
'Til I lay my head to rest
I feel You near me
You soothe me when I'm weary
Oh Lord for all the worst and all the best
I am blessed
All along the road less traveled
I have crawled and I have run
I have wandered through the wind and rain
Until I found the sun
The watching eyes ask me why
I walk this narrow way
I will gladly give the reason
For the hope I have today
You've given me joy
You've given me love
You give me strength
When I want to give up
You came from heaven
To rescue my soul
This is the reason I know, I know

Oh Lord, My God
All i desire is You
More precious than silver
More costly than gold
No riches on the earth compares with You
And what can this world offer
When all i desire is You

So fast and another year is gone. I have had lots of ups and downs in 2006.
The best thing that has happened to me this year is going to City Harvest Church.
My life is transforming. My mind is renewing. My passion is burning.
Firstly, I would like to thank Kenrus for inviting me to CHC at the start of the year for Joyce Meyer's sermon. It was great. A totally mind-renewing experience! After which, I got attracted to CHC's style of liberating worship and mind-changing sermons. People in the cell group also helped to give me a new definition of what friends and love mean.
Dorcas, my cell leader, has always been inspiring me to grow deeper in love with God, to yearn for more of the Holy Spirit every single day of my life. She has made an impact on my life the first time I attended cell group meeting. She prophesized that God wants to restore the love in my family (ps. I was undergoing some REALLY tough time with my parents). Its really cool to see the prophesy coming to past now! Heh.
Grace Q has been a great friend who sticks by you no matter what happens. Chatting with her never fail to cheer me up even when it is my darkest day.
Brendan has also been a great brother to me. Supporting me in my times of need. He is always there whenever I need somebody.
To N161:
Thanks for making 2006 such a memorable year for me! I LOVE every single one of you lots~! Lets grow CLOSER together and STRONGER in GOD in 2007!
